RefleX Wish List The below list is a semi-prioritized list of items people have been requesting to be added to the
software. These items as of yet, have not been incorporated into the software. Some probably never will. We make no promises. If you have an item you would like to see added, e-mail your request
to RefleXSupport@us.bnsmc.com. If you do not see what is probably an obvious enhancement, check the release notes, we might have already
added it!
- The ability to store programs to a PC
- Graphically display TTP during probe recall.
- Gage diameters for cones and spheres.
- Larger (12Meg?) storage PCMCIA card.
- Ability to show parrallel lines as 180 degrees or 0 degrees.
- When using an optical probe to measure a circle, the system should put up an "inside/outside" screen instead of an "approach vector" screen. Angus& Glenn
- Serial output to hand held data collectors.
- A Linear Correction routine. -Mike Soldner (B&S Service)
- Ability to construct a cylinder from two circles. - Sean Grady
- Add drawings/screens for outside features.
- Change part drawing window to be in part coordinates.
- Implement True Position Minimum condition. Currently, we only do maximum.
- Tolerance True Position with upper and lower values
.
- True Position for a point.
- Use system startup button as done in System options screens
- Increase number of recallable probe tips to at least 30. -Visava
- Ability to have multi-tip hard probe qualifications (for scanning purposes)
- Rename Program
- Ability to do an alignment on a stepped bore. That is, construct a 3d line through the centers of non projected circles.
- Relationship between tapered probe points and TTP circles/lines.
- Support for QDC SPC Lite statistical packages.
- show form plots for constructed features.
- DCC: Jog box done
- DCC: Zmouse clearance points
- DCC: PH9 support.

Unresolved Issues
- Random graphic bug.
- Concentricity of the same bore measured with a MIP at angles 0 and 180.
- Qualify a probe outside of Measurement mode, create a program, run that program, OK. Qualify an additional probe outside of Measurement mode, re-run program, using first tip. -John McFadden.
- Perp Cylinder Plane relationship, entering in a reference length give a zero result. It does work, however, if you enter the value on screen 4/6. Dave Osborne.
- In measurement Mode, set a datum. Switch to Height gage mode. Come back. Datum gone - Stephan Kolly.
- Meas cyl 4, Set datum A, Meas cyl 5, take relationship, see parallelism, change ref length to 10. Parrallelism is now 0.000. Wrong. -Stephan Kolly.
- Plane 1, Datum A, Line 2, Datum B, Line 3, Datum C, Save Datum #1. Height Gage Mode, Measure circle #4 (X=60, Y = 73. Correct). Recall Datum #1, measure point 9, Set Y = 0 remeasure circle #4,
X = 7, Y = 62. Not correct - Stephan Kolly.
- Firmware: Sometimes when inserting a card, the card interrupt is missed.
- After "Take Approach Point" screen, "Can not solve" is always displayed.
