     Do you have a problem with your RefleX controller or machine?  Well, send us e-mail and we'll fix it as fast as we can.  Send e-mail to:

     Because of the sophistication of your RefleX controller, we ask that any controllers being returned to Brown & Sharpe have a memo stating the controller's particular dilemma.  This will aid our technicians in their attempts to repair the problem.  Your cooperation is appreciated.
